stove and kitchen counter detail - unfortunately i didn't realize we didn't get a full shot of the kitchen until i began uploading the photos

utility room off of the eating area in which you could extend the kitchen - laminate flooring is tacky and would need to be replaced throughout kitchen, eat-in, utility room, and bathrooms

master bath - one sink - tub - stand up shower in the nook to the right of the towel bar

upstairs bedroom - carpet needs to be replaced - two doors lead to large closets - other side of the room has a huge closet with a sloped ceiling - master bedroom is in the same shape as this room - however, master is a square room with no odd corners

upstairs bathroom in between the bedrooms - hallway access - two sinks - tub -no shower - great size bathroom

upstairs bedroom number 2 - view into the red room that was pictured above - bathroom off to the right - stairs directly left - this bedroom is a mirror image, but slightly smaller than the other

front porch - porch wraps around to the sides of the house but only has access from the front door

other: house is situated on top of a mountain in the town of woodville. the driveway is at a dead end with two other very secluded, private drives. after entering the first gate, there are a couple of other gravel paths along the main drive that lead to other areas of the 15 acres. there is one more gated entry before reaching the house. the lake is huge and nestled within the wooded property. the house itself needs a lot more work than just paint. all of the carpet and laminate needs to be replaced. kitchen needs to be enlarged. paint and wallpaper needs updating. private home that needs tlc.

other: house is .5 mile before a dead end where three other lots are situated. large living room area, but smaller bedrooms. very quaint.
